Gas Submetering Installation
Columbus, Ohio, July 31, 2003 - Guardian Water & Power, a leading supplier of utility metering and billing services, today announced completion of a radio frequency gas submetering system at Kensington Place Apartments. Kensington Place is a 200 unit high profile eight story apartment community located in Cleveland Heights, Ohio. The submetering system utilizes Hexagram electronics including run-time transmitters.
System specifications and installation were coordinated by Merrill Katz, Guardian Regional Marketing Director. "The Kensington installation expands our gas submetering business into run-time technology," said Katz Run-time technology can significantly reduce installation costs for gas submetering systems.
Guardian and its PowerMaster subsidiary provide water and energy submetering services including meter installations, billing, collections and customer care for multi-unit investment real estate located in eight states. Clients include individual real estate investors and partnerships, property management companies and a number of real estate investment trusts.
